  • Q:

What happens if I book a trip and need to cancel?

    A:

If you cancel your booking 21 days or more before your departure date you will only forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your booking within 21 days of your departure date, you will forfeit the entire cruise price.

  • Q:

What do I need to bring?

    A:

We suggest you pack as little as possible. Bring enough clothes to last the length of your journey in a small, light and easy to carry bag. Don't forget your camera, sunscreen and hat, beach towel and appropriate walking shoes.  Less is definitely best!

  • Q:

What about the jelly fish in the water?

    A:

"Stinger Season" runs every year from October through to May. During this period, jellyfish can be found in the waters of the Whitsundays. All vessels have "stinger suits" to hire for around $10 each for the duration of the trip. It's highly recommended these are worn all year round for protection not just from jelly fish, but also from the sun. Plus they keep you warm in the water too!

  • Q:

Do I need to bring my own drinks on the trip?

    A:

Most yachts are BYO (bring your own) alcohol, soft drinks and juice. Some vessels have a licensed bar on board which sells a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This information will be confirmed at check in. Fresh water is available on all boats.

  • Q:

I have food allergies, who should I tell?

    A:

If you have special dietary requirements or food allergies please advise staff of this information when checking in. This will enable them to organise a suitable menu for you. It is also recommended you tell staff of any medical conditions that may affect you while on your trip.

  • Q:

Do I need a sleeping bag?

    A:

No. All boats provide fresh linen. Blankets are available in the cooler months, and some vessels also provide fresh towels.
